The\u00a0 EPU\u00a0 can\u00a0 lead\u00a0 to\u00a0 greater\u00a0 uncertainty \u00a0in \u00a0the\u00a0 business\u00a0 environment,\u00a0 which\u00a0can\u00a0affect\u00a0a\u00a0company&#8217;s\u00a0ability\u00a0to\u00a0effectively\u00a0manage\u00a0its\u00a0working\u00a0capital. This study investigates the extent Our study&#8217;s objective is to determine how the UK&#8217;s financial coverage uncertainty (EPU) index,The Fixed Effect Method, Random Effect Method, and two-level Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to analyze the records for 199 UK production companies Methodology:\u00a0Fixed Effect Method, Random Effect Method, and two-level Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) was used to analyze the records for 199 UK production companies in order to solve the endogeneity issue and reliable results. Results:\u00a0 The results of the analysis showed that financial coverage uncertainty (EPU)\u00a0 had a statistically significant impact on the relationship between Cash conversion cycle (CCC) and profitability. Conclusion :Working capital is typically a significant investment for companies.
