These challenges come from various aspects, such as advances in technology and science. So, they are required to continue to follow existing developments. This condition means that a leader in an organization must be able to increase employee engagement towards these employees. Therefore, a leader must also demonstrate a transformational leadership style so that employees can understand the organization&#8217;s goals. This research analyzes the influence of transformational leadership, reward effectiveness, organizational trust, and job satisfaction on employee engagement at the Madrasah West Java province. A quantitative approach is used as a research method. The population in this study was 555 Madrasah teachers as a sample. This research concludes that the effectiveness of rewards is the variable that has the greatest influence on increasing employee engagement.
