The research method used in this study is a survey method with a path analysis approach. The subjects in this study consisted of all 1021 teachers of private vocational schools in South Tangerang City, spread across 75 educational units in 7 sub-districts, namely Ciputat, East Ciputat, Pamulang, Pondok Aren, Serpong, North Serpong and Setu sub-districts and the sample for this study was 162 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with instruments developed by the researcher.
