Abstract

Can Tho city is identified as the center of economy, culture, education – training, science and technology of the Mekong Delta region, in recent years, the Party and State have had many resolutions of the Central Government on the construction and development of Can Tho city to 2030, with a vision to 2045. In particular, Can Tho city is implementing many important resolutions such as: Resolution 59-NQ-TW, Resolution 45/2022/QH15, Resolution 98/NQ-CP. Through the implementation process, certain results have been achieved, but there are still many limitations, inadequacies and difficulties affecting the implementation of the above policies.
